Scope of this policy
This policy applies to information processed when you visit Coupons.eu.com and its country or brand pages, use the public rating feature, follow an outbound offer link or contact us. It does not govern the websites, apps or services of merchants, affiliate networks or other third parties.
Information we process
Technical and server data
When you request a page, our hosting, content-delivery and security systems may process standard connection data such as your IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and device information, operating system, referring page and security events. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and maintain security.
Analytics data
We use Statcounter to understand how visitors find and use the site. Depending on its configuration and your browser choices, Statcounter may process information such as the date and time of a visit, IP address, browser, operating system, screen resolution, referring link, current page URL and page title. Statcounter may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish first-time and returning visits.

Star ratings
If you rate a localized brand page, we process the page identifier and the rating you selected from one to five stars. A random anonymous identifier is stored in the coupons_rating_voter cookie for up to one year so that the site can recognize an earlier vote and allow it to be updated.
The rating system also creates a one-way cryptographic hash derived from the visitor identifier and a separate keyed hash derived from the network IP address. These hashes are used to limit duplicate votes and abuse. The raw IP address is not stored in the ratings table.
Your browser may also store the rating locally so it can highlight your previous selection. Local storage remains until it is cleared by you or removed by the site.
Information you provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send payment details, passwords or other sensitive information.
Outbound and affiliate links
Some offer links are affiliate links. When you click one, your browser connects to a merchant or affiliate network. That third party may receive standard request information and may use its own cookies or tracking technologies under its own privacy policy.
We may receive aggregated or transaction-related reporting, such as confirmation that a qualifying purchase occurred. Coupons.eu.com does not process your payment card details or complete the merchant's checkout.

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, consent is the appropriate legal basis. Technical storage that is strictly necessary to provide a feature you request or to protect the service may be used without consent where the law permits.
